Americans Flock to Cancun in March

While the international air travel markets of Asia/Pacific and Europe continued to struggle last month, American citizens increased their March overseas air travel by 78% points compared with February, making March the second biggest month for US international air passenger traffic since the start of the pandemic.

With preliminary international March PAX traffic actuals already on the Air4casts system from over 150 US airports, today’s air traffic bulletin examines the drivers behind last month’s encouraging performance.
