April 2025 Forecast Update

The forecast update, uploaded for clients today, makes no explicit reference to the possible travel effects of increasing trade tariffs on manufactured goods despite the fact that this matter has tended to dominate exchanges through the Support portal.

The March data for Canada/US land border crossings already indicates substantial declines. The data is daily and while it is prudent and practical to await the publication of the full month air travel statistics before rushing to judgement, there is no doubt that there will be negatives.
